AGARTALA, Dec 4 (TIWN): As State Govt has agreed for Village Committee Election, IPFT has withdrawn 12 hours strike.

The strike was to be held tomorrow in the ADC areas with various demands including village committee election and few more demands.

However, Chief Minister Biplab Deb has called the IPFT leaders and assured about the election. Also he promised that high power committee will act in fast manners. With the promise IPFT has withdrawn 12 ours strike decision in the ADC areas.
