AGARTALA, Nov 2 (TIWN): CPI-M MP Jitendra Chaudhury on Saturday while addressing at Gandachera rally asked the BJP Govt to fulfill its Vision Document’s promise of 50,000 Govt jobs in first one year as after 9 months of Govt unemployment, the unemployment problems are increasing day by day.
“Before the election, day night BJP said that CPI-M Govt is not filling up vacant posts and consuming central fund. As soon as BJP Govt will assume power, it will fill up 50,000 vacant posts in 1 year and 7 lakh jobs in 5 years”
“But strangely, now the definition of house-to-house job itself has been changed. BJP Ministers are directly denying they promised any Govt jobs. Instead of providing new jobs, the Govt has created a work crisis situation across the state”, MP Jitendta Chaudhury said.
Tripura’s unemployment rate is now 32% , according to November-2018 report.
