AGARTALA, Nov 9 (TIWN): ADC CEM RadhacharanDebbarmawho is also CPI-M's tribal wing GMP leader has slammed the BJP-IPFT Govt for cutting social pensions from poor people with various excuses.
After visiting ADC areas markets, Debbarma also said due to loss in business the poor sellers, farmers are undergoing acute crisis situation.
"They are unable to sell products as markets are gloom. In this situation if social pensions are stopped, how people will stay alive?", RadhacharanDebbarma told media.
Opposition CPI-M further mocked at BJP's pre-poll promise of Rs. 2000 social pension promise delay along with other delays in promises with various excuses.
"Earlier before election BJP promised to allocate 2000 rupees of social pension but now 2000 rupees social pension promise results in Social-Pension-Suspension for unknown time", Debbarma told media.
