UDAIPUR (Tripura), Nov 5 (TIWN): Huge numbers of phensedyls bottles have been seized from Udaipur Gada Chowmuhani area on Monday ahead of Diwali by Radha Kishore Pur Police.

Police held the raid based on secret information gathered from the secret sources. One person was booked in connection with this phensedyl smuggling, to be sent in Court.

Securities have been tightened across Udaipur city keeping the Diwali puja ahead. SP A R Reddy investigated the whole incident. Police said, such raids will be continued in cming days. 

However, even after such raids tons of illegal drugs, ganja, phensedyls are being sold in black market and illegal liquor selling has become a common business in each corner of the city.

At Ramesh Chowmuhani area, one culprit named as Parimal who is also enaged in various illegal activities with a local woman even after arrests, when released has been continuing his liquor business openly since years. He is also enaged in thefts. 

Another liquor seller near Nabarun Club in Ramesh Chowmuhani (known as Mangal) is a much popular illegal liquor seller and all types of liquors including local brands at Rs. 10 (1 glass) are sold to the school, college students to elders.
