AGARTALA, Sep 24 (TIWN): MP Shankar Prasad Datta has written a letter to DGP A K Shukla as no tern action has been taken against the attackers of TV channel journalist Subhankar Majumder.

As only IPC 447, 323 were charged against the attackers, so easily managed bails already.

The MP on Sunday through a letter to DGP demanded proper action and strong investigation with suitable IPCs against the heinous crime.

The attack upon the journalist took place before around a week when he went out of home and miscreants in huge numbers attacked him physically and also attempted to murder the journalist.
