Amra Bangali demands ‘No Assamese language in Railway Ticket’ for Tripura

AGARTALA, Sep 22 (TIWN): As NRC has hit many Indian Bengalis under Assam Govt created NRC list, Tripura Amara Bangali Party has staged a protest at Agartala Railway station on Saturday demanding instead of using Assamese language, Railway Dept must use Bengali while typing the tickets, as nobody knows Assamese here neither Tripura has any link with Assam culture.
Amara Bangali also demanded as 70 % people in Tripura are Bengali speaking, so Bengali must be used instead of Assamese, Hindi and also English.
They also demanded to increase more numbers of ticket counters in Agartala Railway Station, employment opportunity for local people under NFR.
