AGARTALA, Sep 18 (TIWN): DYFI, CPI-M’s youth wing activists have remembered Gautam Datta, Ex-MLA from Bishalgarh constituency, who was killed in 1980’s riot, during peace mongering for harmony among Tribals and Bengalis.
Datta was also one of the pioneer of DYFI and played huge role to strengthen DYFI, said incumbent the Secretary of Tripura DYFI Amal Chakraborty.
Talking on the present scenario of unemployment, Amal Chakraborty said, “The attacks upon DYFI has not been ended yet. Whereas we are remembering Gautam Datta, who worked for equal work for all, our state is today undergoing a strange situation with massive unemployment”.
“Across the country joblessness situation has gripped the youths with frustrations. Whereas before the election Narendra Modi had promised 2 crores job per year, now unable to give 2 lakhs jobs per year”, Amal Chakraborty told media while addressing at Chatra Yuva Bhawan in Agartala.
