AGARTALA, Sep 17 (TIWN): Along with the whole state Viswakarma Puja was celebrated by BSF at Akhaura Border.

Every year Jawans Celebrate Viswakarma Puja with full enthusiasm.

At different parts of the state, devotees  celebrated Lord Vishwakarma Puja with pomp and deity on Monday. Viswakarma Puja in state is a special attraction, with people, irrespective of caste and creed, worshipping the God of Creation.

Lord Viswakarma is considered as swayambhu and Creator of the world. He constructed the holy city of Dwarka, and was also the creator of many fabulous weapons for the gods.

Every year September 17 is marked as the annual puja of the Hindu deity, Vishwakarma.

Mass gathering of devotees were followed in Puja pandals at many places of the state and devotees offer special prayers to their God.
