AGARTALA, Sep 12 (TIWN): Frustration on BJP Govt revealing in abnormal manner as it has decided to cut 1-day salaries of employees who couldn't perform duties on Strike Day.
On Sep 10 Congress, Left Parties had called strike under 'Bandh', 'Hartal' banners.
Supporting the bandh, autos, vehicles didn't provide service as it was against fuel price hike.
Many Govt employees couldn't arrive office due to vehicle crisis and many didn't want to take risks.
But State Govt has taken the matter seriously and to cut salaries of employees who remained absent on Sep 10 regardless CL, EL benefits, emergency leaves.
Before Election, BJP promised to give 7th Pay Commission but now it's cutting pockets of Govt employees fueling resentments among govt employees.
