AGARTALA, Sep 2 (TIWN):All the political parties to submit nomination papers in this upcoming bi-election including opposition Congress, CPI-M, TMC.

Election Commission has declared Bi-Election to be conducted on Sep 30th and October 1st.

Issue of notification will be given on Sep 4, whereas last date of making nominations will be September 11.

Last date of scrutiny of nomination will be 12th September and the last date of withdrawal of candidates is Sep 14th.

Date of poll has been declared as Sep 30, Oct 1st (If necessary).

Counting of votes will be on October 3rd.

Numbers of casual vacancies (seats) : Gram Panchayat (3207), Panchayat Samiti (161), Zilla Parishad (18).
