AGARTALA, Aug 11 (TIWN): With another brutal incident a woman was killed on Agartala street during night hours.

Allegation raised that the killed woman Payel Das faced mass-beating by few miscreants of the town.

Most surprisingly, the incident took place on Wednesday night near East Agartala Police Station and allegations are coming that police didn’t take action on spot even after seeing the brutal ongoing.

On yesterday CPI-M’s women wing leaders went to the East Women Agartala Police Station demanding justice.

However, police have held the main accused and interrogating him in suspect.

The incident took place on Wednesday, where a case registered on Thursday by Lt Payel Das’s relatives.
