AGARTALA, July 9 (TIWN): When delay of 7th Pay Commission has irked resentment among govt employees, Chief Minister Biplab Deb said as soon as Verma committee will submit report, 7th pay commission will be implemented.
CM was asked by journalist how much state govt has gone with its Vision Document. In reply Chief Minister said, “All funds have been kept in the budget. In case of 7th Pay Commission as soon as committee will submit its report, it will be given”, CM added.
Assam Ex-Chief Secretary P P Verma led committee has been failure to submit 7th Pay Commission’s report before Tripura Govt and due to Verma’s failure in report submitting, Biplab Deb led state govt is unable to implement 7th Pay Commission in time.
Tripura Deputy CM Jishnu Debbarma also accepted that due to Verma Committee’s delay in report submitting, the State Govt is unable to implement it, whereas from State Govt side all are ready to implement the Pay Commission as soon as the report comes.
