AGARTALA, June 6 (TIWN): Police have seized huge numbers of tablets from a house on Wednesday in a drive against anti-social elements.

The drive was held with initiative of Amtali PS led by SDPO Ajay Das. 

According to Amtali police, the accused has been identified as Pranab Das, resident of Icha Bazar. Police seized those items from his house but Pranab Das had managed to escape before police's arrival. 

All seized drugs have been kept in Amtali PS.

The worth of the seized items yet be identified. Police have started investigation but Pranab Das is yet in hide.
