Interactive session with Northeast CMs held at Delhi

AGARTALA, May 4 (TIWN): An interactive session with Northeast Chief Ministers was held at New Delhi today in the presence Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb.
Union Minister of External Affairs of India Sushma Swaraj led the session at New Delhi.
Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal, Nagaland CM Neiphiu Rio, Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma, Manipur CM N. Biren Singh attended the programme.
The meeting was held centering Modi Govt’s Act East Policy.
“Took part in an interactive session with Chief Ministers of Northeastern States on Act East Policy in New Delhi. I thank Smt. Sushma Swaraj ji for arranging this meeting and thank Prime Minister for placing Northeast at the heart of Act East Policy", Tripura CM tweeted.
