AGARTALA, April 11 (TIWN): Seeing the numbers of complainers who are bound to come from far away to meet the Chief Minister for attending 'Janata Durbur' in the early morning, Tripura Govt has announced online 'Janata Durbar' for public.
For registering online complaint first one has to register through PG Portal i.e. https://pgportal.gov.in
After that with username and password one has to login at CPGRAMS.
If any problem is being faced by the user in login, they can go to the nearby DM, SDM, BDO or Community Service Centre (CSC) and take their helps to register the complaint.
All the DM, SDM, BDO have been asked to help the public in scanning and uploading.
Few Forbidden things in online complaint registering : 1) A case which is under the Court, 2) Personal or family disputes, 3) Any proposal which may harm the peace, integrity or kill relation with neighboring countries.
However questions are also raising, whether the new Chief Minister is unable to manage the crowed before his residence or tired after few Janata Durbars.
