AGARTALA, April 1 (TIWN): As predicted, BJP is undergoing tough situations following Viswa Hindu Parishad's interference in cow-killing at South Joynagar.

Muslim men, women, children have gheraoed BJP local MLA Surajit Datta in the evening at his residence.

Following the incident the MLA rushed to the spot where the incident took place. 

The situation emerged after Viswa Hindu Parishad members based on allegation of cow-killing by Muslim locals had shown demonstration at South Joynagar.

The group of Viswa Hindu Parishad have thronged to South Joynagar (Agartala) to aware them to stop killing cows. A rally led by VHP was also conducted at there in saffron attires asking to ban the cattle butchery.
