AGARTALA, March 24 (TIWN): Tripura Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman today while addressing in World Tuberculosis Day asked the Govt employees to fulfill their jobs with their best efforts.
"I want to request all the officials, whatever work has been given to you, you will fulfill them with your best efforts", he said.
Barman was addressing in a NHM conducted programme on World Tuberculosis Day at NHM Office in Agartala Colonel Chowmuhani. The Minister mentioned, "This particular disease would be uprooted from the country shortly.
This is a challenge for all of us to make our country TB disease free, when our Govt is spending huge funds to eradicate such a dangerous disease".
"Ofcourse it's an airborne disease and it can affect you too. But you know better than me how to take precautions to restrict the disease", Barman said.
