DHARMANAGAR, March 20 (TIWN): A godown which was illegally stored with fuels was seized today by Dharanagar police from a ration shop's godown. At least 36 drums full of fuel were recovered from there.
This kind of illegal fuel business is now new, but time to time TIWN also exposed similar cases, but the previous govt never took actions.
Highest fuel theft is occurred at Dharmanagar especially after the fuel tankers entered Tripura from Assam,
Finally Dharmanagar police have sealed the whole godown today.
Police said that in coming days also they will be taking similar raids. However, so far nobody was arrested.
