AGARTALA, March 14 (TIWN): Within 6 months of inauguration, Shishu Udyan Bipani Bitan has started deteriorating at Orient Chowmuhani.

It was inaugurated by former CM Manik Sarkar before 6 months.

Today the shop-keepers have raised the complaint alleging poor quality's work was held under the then state govt.

Shop-keepers there hired those shops at very high rates, but now shutters are collapsing, cracks have developed on the walls, alleged the businessmen at there. 

To some extent it has become quite risky for the shop-keepers also when they are closing or opening their shops at the Bipani Bitan.
