AGARTALA, March 9 (TIWN): It was Amit Shah who kicked off his election campaigning in Tripura before few years by offering prayers to Devi Tripura Sundari Goddess.

Today before the swearing-in programme, Amit Shah has offered prayers to the Goddess.

Along with Amit Shah, Himanta Biswa Sarma, Sunil Deodhar were also present.

Today is a historical day for Tripura's politics as BJP is forming its first Govt here in this hilly state.
