AGARTALA, March 9 (TIWN): Congress, CPI-M have congratulated the upcoming BJP govt for a successive tenure of it.

However, CPI-M to boycott the swearing-in ceremony of BJP CM and Ministers, whereas Manik Sarkar, Badal Choudhury and other ex-Ministers who are in station will attend Biplab Deb and other BJP Ministers' swearing-in programme.

From Congress also, representatives will be attending the programme.

The swearing-in programme will be held at 12 PM today in the Assam Rifles ground of Agartala.
