AGARTALA, March 4 (TIWN): Defeating the Left BJP has marked its victory in Tripura and soon the party is going to form the cabinet and new Ministers will take oath to build a New Tripura. Across Tripura, BJP's Vijay Utsav had been observed with great enthusiasm and saffron has marked the winning over the red. On the other side, before BJP's victory rally, Chief Minister Manik Sarkar had already submitted his resignation letter to the Governor of Tripura Tathagata Roy. After submitting nomination papers, Manik Sarkar said, he had a wonderful experience with Tripura administration and also thanked the people, govt officials for their "cooperation". Thus whereas one the one side, it's sunset but on the other side, a new sun has risen. Prime Minister Narendra Modi after Tripura Election result said, "Change is a common factor of Democracy and that's the beauty of democracy. But as much as it's important to hold the power in democracy, it's also important to accept the defeat".
After Manik Sarkar resigned from his Chief Ministry, Tathagata Roy tweeted, 'A man after my Heart'.
