AGARTALA, Feb 24 (TIWN): Election Commission of India has ordered for reviewing the setting to ensure 100 % 'webcasting' during elections across 6 polling stations.
CEO Sriram Taranikanti said, "We will review the setting to ensure the full-webcasting. Apart from that we have video recording set up, CCTV cameras in arrangement list".
Noteworthy, on the first poll day of the Assembly Election across 59 constituencies, the webcasting remained successful around 70 %.
After the election, on 18th February, talking about the webcasting of polling stations which was directed by Election Commission to connect Tripura with Delhi, Taranikanti said, "Due to slow network service in many constituencies, the webcasting couldn't be successful 100 %, but atleast 70 % works remained satisfactory".
However, on yesterday Taranikanti said that reviews will done to ensure full webcasting.
