New Delhi, June 21 : Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will remain in jail as the Delhi High Court has reserved the order on his bail.
This means that the trial court’s Thursday’s order granting bail to Kejriwal will remain stayed till the time the High Court pronounces its order. This means that Kejriwal will remain in jail for now.
Earlier in the day, the Delhi High Court had stayed the trial court’s order granting bail to Kejriwal. The stay came as the HC heard the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) petition challenging the trial court’s bail order.
