Puducherry, Dec 9 (TIWN) With the Cyclone 'Mandous' intensified into a major cyclonic storm, Puducherry has declared a two-day holiday for educational institutions across the territory.

Schools and colleges in Puducherry and Karaikal in the Union territory will also remain closed on Friday.
