140 more Telangana students return from Ukraine

Hyderabad, March 4 (TIWN) As many as 260 students from Telangana who were stranded in war-torn Ukraine have so far returned home, officials said.
On landing at New Delhi airport, students were received by officials of Telangana government and they were transported to Telangana Bhavan where they were given accommodation and food. The State government has made arrangements to receive all returnees at New Delhi and also booked air tickets to transport them to Hyderabad. The state government would continue to liaise with the union government to bring back Telangana residents from Ukraine safely. So far, 260 Telangana students have returned safely since February 2.
