New Delhi, Dec 24 (TIWN) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday said it has filed a chargesheet against five persons in connection with an arms recovery case at a special court in Patna.

It was filed under sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, the Explosive Substances Act, the Arms Act and the Criminal Law Amendment Act, the official of the premier investigation agency said.  Parshuram Singh of Danapur, Sanjay Singh of Gaya, Prem Raj of Danapur, Rakesh Kumar of Danapur and Mohammad Badruddin of Danapur have been named in the chargesheet, the NIA official said.
