AGARTALA, FEB 17 (TIWN): In an ugly manner attacks on opposition party leaders and members are increasing on regular basis. Another brutal attack on one CPI-M supporter has been occurred in Fotikray area allegedly by BJP activists. The victim is identified as Dhiraj Deb.
Reportedly, on Tuesday morning while returning from his son's school, the victim Dhiraj Deb with his little boy was been attacked by few miscreants. The victim alleged that the miscreants were from ruling BJP party. While talking to media the victim's son said, "They attacked my father, kicked him while saying that he has no right to visit the Gokulnagar market because he supports CPI-M. They also threatened to kill him if he visits here again."
Few months back his elder brother Sushital Deb was murder by miscreants. However, no person has been arrested by police on this case, yet.
