New Delhi, July 9 (TIWN) The Supreme Court Thursday cited the responsibility of the Maharashtra government to find out which group of migrants is getting food, etc. and also pointed out gaps in the affidavit detailing the information on the migrant workers.
A bench of Justices Ashok Bhushan, S K Kaul and M R Shah asked the state to file a fresh affidavit listing the steps taken to mitigate the problems of migrant workers wanting to return to their native places amid the Covid-19 crisis.
