Agartala, June 21 (TIWN) Three arms smugglers were arrested in Tripura and Japanese pistols, a huge number of bullets and six sets of mobile phones were recovered from them, police said here on Friday.

According to the information collected, 2 Japanese pistol, 10 rounds of cartridges, 6 mobiles were seized from the arms dealers.

Police found this from a vehicle bearing number TR01BD-0229  at the area of PR Bari PS.

The 3 arrested persons are : 1) Biman Das, resident of South Ramnagar, 2) Mrinal Dutta of Bhagalpur, 3) Ranjan Das of Bamutia.
