Hyderabad, June 19 (TIWN) Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao on Tuesday said that Union Minister of State for Home G. Kishan Reddy has become a joke by stating that Hyderabad is a "safe zone for terrorists".

Reiterating that his government will maintain constitutional relations with Centre, he said, "we are not part of NDA. I proposed Federal Front, I still stick to it. We will maintain constitutional relations with the Centre.
