Sydney, April 9 (TIWN) Australian police on Thursday raided and seized the black box of the Ruby Princess cruise ship, the country's biggest source of the novel coronavirus cases, to shed light on how some 2,700 passengers were allowed to disembark from the ship on March 19 in Sydney despite displaying flu-like symptoms.
Morgan Stanley chief executive James Gorman had and has recovered from Covid-19, he told staff in a video message on the bank's intranet this morning. Mr Gorman, 61, said he had begun experiencing flu-like symptoms in mid-March. He self-isolated at home, was diagnosed with Covid-19 and has recovered well. The bank said Mr Gorman's symptoms were not "particularly severe" and that he had continued to run the business throughout, including daily calls with its operating committee and several meetings of the bank's board of directors.
