AGARTALA, August 23 (TIWN): The offset press owners association of Tripura distributed food, blankets and sport kits to Naba Prantik (An Ashram for orphanage, street children and destitute women) at Amtali here today.
While speaking to the reporters Secretary of offset press owners association of Tripura Sashanka Roy said that every year we distribute food and other necessary things to these children and in the upcoming years we will continue it.
He further added that the mission of offset press owners association of Tripura is to rescue as many abandoned orphan children as we can off the streets of Tripura from a painful life of starvation, abuse and suffering to a life of protection, love and hope.
A total of 54 orphan children are staying in the orphanage.
