AGARTALA, Dec 30 (TIWN): 10323 Teachers illegal recruitment cannot be overturned as Supreme Court delivered its final verdict of termination on Dec 31,2017. State BJP leaders Delhi trip may fool hapless teachers to garner their votes but Himanta Biswa, Sudip Barman,Biplab Deb to even HRD Minister Javedkar or Prime Minister has no power to overturn a SC judgement. Ahead of Assembly Election, BJP is moving towards New Delhi with 10323 teachers who were none other than CPI-M cadre families illegally recruited in 2009-10. But suddenly after the political failure of CPI-M to save 10323 teachers lives, a team of BJP including BJP State President Biplab Deb are now going to save those jobs, which were termed by the BJP itself as illegal. However, as BJP now is now even ready to change the law for 10323, what BJP will do for those 58 youths, who fought a lot against Tripura CPI-M's recruitment corruption and those 58 youths who were the pioneer of TET examination of Tripura ?

But like CPI-M, BJP itself knows that neither Central or State Govt can return 10323 Teachers jobs as these are terminated by Supreme Court on March 29,2017. Even though Supreme Court allowed 6 months reprieve after Dec 31 on humanitarian grounds but 10323 termination is final.  Even if BJP comes to power in Tripura, they cannot overturn SC’s verdict.

BJP is not trustworthy when it comes to promises as Party failed to initiate High Court case, CBI investigation after promising to Tripura public openly in press conference by Biplab Deb after SC verdict on March 29, 2017.

Even when Jiten Choudhury and other CPI-M MPs met Prakash Yavedkar to save 10323 teachers jobs, it was said by BJP as 'impossible' after SC's order. Now, due to central power even though BJP is saving 10323's jobs, what the party will do for 8 lakhs and especially those 58 youths who filed case against the illegal jobs, but now suddenly everything has become much easy as BJP has interfered.

A representative of 10323 teachers with BJP leaders led by Sudip Barman, Biplab Deb, BJP National General Secretary Ram Madhav and Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma are going in 10323 missions.  Right now around 9,400 teachers are facing crisis situation and other teachers have been appointed through TET exams.

If Politically seen, at the end, BJP has successfully won the vote banks of 10323 teachers, giving a major jolt to the ruling CPI-M.

10323 teachers who were busy with Manik-Bhajanas, today they have slammed the same Chief Minister preferring to send him in jail.Tripura's 10323 terminated teachers will go to New Delhi and meet the MHRD Minister Prakash Yavedkar in demand of their jobs back led by State BJP and National leaders.

The teachers said that in similar manner jobs of teachers were also saved at Assam by changing a part of the law ! However, the teachers are happy and happily burnt their termination letters after the meeting was ended at Hindi H S School in the afternoon.

On December 27, total 8662 teachers received terminated among 10323 teachers. 4150 teachers have been terminated under primary basis, GT 3740, PGT 772. Other teachers have already gotten jobs through TET Examination. But today, SC verdict led Tripura's 10323 teachers have burnt their termination letters after a meeting held among them, which were circulated by the Tripura Govt recently after SC's order.

Noteworthy, after 10323 teachers case raised in HC in 2010, a division bench of the high court, comprising Chief Justice Deepak Gupta and Justice Swapan Chandra Das, had passed then order May 7, 2014 terminating the jobs of 10,323 school teachers after Dec 31, citing irregularities in recruitment and SC has upheld High Court's 2014 verdict.

However, HC had given an excellent option to save 10323 teachers jobs by appointing the petitioners who filed case against the job after being deprived due to job recruitment scam.

But instead of accepting the guilt, CPI-M Govt continued to fool 10323 teachers and appealed in SC by collecting hefty amounts of fees from them for SC's case.

But on March 29, 2017 they lost the case in SC too as SC upheld Tripura High Court's decision. Supreme Court in a humanaitarian gesture to 10323 teachers mentioned that the teachers will continue their jobs till 2017, 31st Dec.

After that State Govt appealed at SC for revision of the judgment and again the state govt lost the case on Dec 14, 2017 but SC asked Tripura Govt if it wants 10323 teachers can be appointed on ad hoc basis to diminish teachers crisis in the middle of the session, just maximum for 6 months and finally termination letters were served to teachers.

A teacher said, "Our Honourable Chief Minister said once if necessary, I will go to jail but will not allow your termination letter to come. But he has escaped from his promise giving us termination letters. Today, burning these termination papers we have exposed the dark face of CM behind his promise. They must take a lesson from here before fooling others with false promises".
