AGARTALA, Dec 1 (TIWN): In a shocking discovery, TIWN found that that Rose Valley company’s name and location have not yet removed from Tripura’s Industry & Commerce Website , which looted 35,000 crores from Tripura with chit-fund. In the same fashion, another chit fund owner of Jiban Sambriddhi named Ratan Chowdhury’s 3rd company Tiruptati Builders is doing free business in Tripura even though he was heading more than one chit fund company. After Tripura Opposition MLA Ratan lal Nath brought a serious allegation on CM’s nexus with Jiban Sambriddhi Chit Fund company through his in-law’s house, but two of CM’s sister-in-laws protested.

The said, even though Ratan Chowdhury is constructing their houses but it does not come under chit fund company but his another company named Tirupati Builders is constructing the house. 

In reply, MLA Ratan lal Nath said, “If a chit fund company owner opens a new company, does it give him a clean image ? If Gautam Kundu starts another company, chit fund scam charges will be removed from his image ? How CM’s wife most trustable person is  a chit fund owner ?”

However, amidst allegation CPI-M Govt is till day celebrating friendship with chit fund, which is visible from Tripura’s Industry & Commerce Dept’s website, which is full of all tainted companies.

In the website it’s clearly shows that Rose Valley is still existing in the big company list along with Tirupati Home & Town Projects.

In 2013, a case was filed against one of the chit fund owners of Tripura Ratan Chowdhury in West PS with the case number 128 / 2013 for his financial cheating to the mass through his chit fund company Jiban Samriddhi Medical Lmt. Later he got bail. Then he opened another chit fund company named Altiuistice Agro Food Lmt, but no chargesheet has been filed against it.  But, in later the Chit Fund owner opened new company at Bodhjungnagar, named Tiruptati Constructor. . But opening a new company doesn't mean he belong clean image. On that time in 2016, Illa Bhattacharjee's family members had given their property's power of attorney to this same fraud chit fund owner, which is unbelievable.

Some names were exposed by MLA Ratan Lal Nath in the property to give the power of attorney were : Panchali Bhattacharjee, Sunanda Bhattacharjee, Santana Bhattacharjee, Sunil Bhattacharjee, Gargi  Bhattacharjee, Laxmi Bhattacharjee, Baidehi Bhattacharjee.

Mocking at the CM's promise about returning Public money, Ratan Lal Nath said,  "Nothing will be given to public, because he has no intention. Moreover, planwise saving the Jiban Sambriddhi Chit fund owners like Ratan Chowdhury who looting Tripura's money built a flat Dum Dum was a totally misusing of public trust", said Nath.
