AGARTALA, Oct 18 (TIWN): Resentment has gripped CPI-M as during effigy burning of Radhacharan Debbarma and MP Jiten Chowdhury at Khumlwng, IPFT used untoward words against the leaders.

IPFTs have called Radhacharan as 'Gadacharan' (means Gadhacharan or Donkey) and said, MP Jiten is a friend of Wansa (Bengali).

With all these resentment has brewed among the CPI-Ms.

Recently, CPI-M MP Jiten Chowdhury & ADC CEM Radhacharan Debbarma claimed about police's inactive role to save the common people from IPFT. The leaders also demanded an inquiry into Oct-19's violence where police officials' negligence allegedly provoked violence led by IPFT.

IPFT protesting against the direct allegation againsgt IPFT for GMP / IPFT violence has burnt effigies of the two leaders at Khumlwng on Monday.
