AGARTALA, Sep 24 (TIWN): When from Ryan murder case to every sensitive cases CBI has been successful to nab the culprits but Tripura Congress has simply rejected journalists' and BJP's appeal for CBI investigation in journalist Santanu murder case.

It was expected that Congress will oppose CBI investigation as Birjit led Congress Bhawan long before virtually was sold to CPI-M's Melarmath's heads.

From IPFT's 10 day long rally to Santanu murder Congress has kept friendship with CPI-M unbreakable.

Resentment have brewed among the journalists of the state as 80% state journalists are in demand of CBI inquiry when under police the case is getting more puzzled.

However, MLA Gopal Roy in a press conference said, "CBI is in Modi's hand. So, if Santanu murder case is given to CBI then it will move in wrong direction".

However, what harms Congress if CBI comes ? This is the same party Congress which had showed various agitations for CBI investigation in Rose Valley Chit fund earlier. 

However, Congress will gherao the DGP A K Sukla on Monday.
