UDAIPUR, Aug 30 (TIWN): The Ld. J.M 1st Class Court No. 1 Udaipur, Gomati District has convicted two accused persons namely (1) Firoz Miah(27) S/O Md. Habil Miah (2) Smt. Bhabita Begam (21) W/O Md. Firoz Miah both of Kushamara PS Kakraban, under Gomati District; U/S 323/448 IPC.

On 27-01-2017, KKB PS Case No. 201KKB005 U/S- 448/325/354/506 34 IPC, was registered on the basis of written complaint of the complainant against the accused persons namely (1) Firoz Miah(27) S/O Md. Habil Miah (2) Smt. Bhabita Begam (21) W/O Md. Firoz Miah both of  Kushamara PS Kakraban, under Gomati District; for illegally trespass into the house of complainant and assault upon the complainant & her husband at kushamara on 19-01-2017 at about 1800 hrs. 

  After investigation, charge sheet was filed by SI Ratan Chakraborty, I.O of the case on 28-02-2017, against the accused persons namely (1) Firoz Miah(27) S/O Md. Habil Miah (2) Smt. Bhabita Begam (21) W/O Md. Firoz Miah both of  Kushamara PS Kakraban, under Gomati District; vide KKB PS C/S No. 10/17 U/S-448/323/354/506/34 IPC.

The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely 1) Firoz Miah (27) is guilty U/S 323/448 IPC and to pay a fine of Rs. 1000/- in default to pay a fine suffer simple imprisonment for 01(one) month for the commission of offence punishable U/S 323 IPC. and pay a fine of Rs- 500/- for the commission of offence punishable U/S 448 IPC in default to pay a fine to suffer simple imprisonment for 05 (Five) days and also convicted person namely (2) Bhabita Begam (21) is guilty U/S 448 IPC and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/-  in default to pay a fine to suffer simple imprisonment for  05 (five days.
