Agitated textile workers of Budhjung Nagar protest at Labour Office demanding pending wages

AGARTALA, Aug 25 (TIWN): Workers of a Govt undertaken textile factory named Sneha Textile of Budhjung Nagar have shown massive agitation at the labour office on Friday.
According to the agitators they have been working in the company very sincerely and also they were given appointments.
But the owner Dulal Das is not paying their wages regularly, whereas two times he had taken Rs. 25 and Rs. 50 lakhs from the Govt of India.
After agitations a meeting was arranged among the owner and the workers, whereas within 7th Sept the pending wages will have to be paid.
