AGARTALA, July 17 (TIWN): A massive road blockade was conducted at Bishalgarh in demand of road repairing in the morning.

The blockade was conducted at around 10 AM over the Boxonagar-Bishalgrah road that caused a traffic jam there on the pick hours for the office goers.

The blockers were auto drivers, alleged that the road repairing demand was an old demand of the people there.

But even after multiple complaints, authority till day didn't visit the road leading traffic jams, accidents etc.

The situation turns worst in the monsoon, causes heavy problem for the passengers also.

The daily passengers agonies have no end but PWD's negligence over the road fueling the resentment of the suffers.

Later the blockade was withdrawn with the interfere of the govt authorities of PWD, Municipality.
