AGARTALA, June 29 (TIWN): Central Bureau of Investigation has interrogated Tripura Minister Bijita Nath at Secretariat on Thursday morning.

From 10 AM to around 11.30 AM CBI kept on questioning.

Later while giving bytes, Minister reportedly blasted media for 'over-broadcasting' the matter. Nath also alleged the matter was not like this as it has been reported.

Bijita Nath, Minister for Social Welfare & Social Education, Welfare of OBC and Science, Technology and Environment, allegedly involved in Rose Valley scam.

Allegation raised against Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar also for his active involvement in Rose Valley Chit Fund scam with Minister Bijita Nath.

Apart from that Dy Speaker Pabitra Kar, MP Jitendra Chowdhury, CPI-M veteran leader Goutam Das all are accused in various chit fund cases of the state.
