AGARTALA, May 7 (TIWN): Getting informed about various violence held in Tripura centering Amit Shah’s visit here, Shah accused Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar for triggering violence by delivering hate speeches to the people. ‘BJP which has spread all over the country, will surely win election-2018 in Tripura, but if CPI-M think that threat violence can stop BJP to come in power they are doing mistake. BJP’s power will be increased, with more violence will be done by CPI-M here’, said Amit Shah.

"At Maharashtra BJP came by its own. Same was with Haryana, Jharkhand, J&K, Assam and at UP with 3 / 4 of BJP's power. In case of Northeast after empowering across Assam, Manipur, Arunachal and now at Partially at Nagaland Tripura is BJP's next target", said Shah.

Amit Shah was referring Tripura CM Manik Sarkar’s speech on May Day that according to state BJP leaders have initiated violence led around 20 BJP supporters in hospitals.

Before Amit Shah’s visit opposition BJP had targeted Chief Minister Manik Sarkar for his May-Day speech and to motivate the CPI-M activists towards violence. However, CM on that day basically targeted US and relating US's tie ups with BJP led Central Govt, he blasted BJP activists across Tripura as well as other states. CM said clearly that links with US will destroy the peace of the country and the poor people will have no right if such a govt comes in Power here.

"Come, Fight back them all together jointly", said CM. Question raises, what did CM mean by this statement ? Sarkar also asked the people to come out of home and stop the Capitalist's entrance here.

BJP has pointed out CM's statement and alleged after this statement on May 1 chronologically such bad incidents are happening in Tripura.

However, after these incidents and the tensions erupted in last 48 hours Chief Minister is silent yet. Relating CM's silence with pre-poll violence BJP leader Ashok Sinha said, " the incidents were chronological with proofs of many BJP supporters are admitted in hospital right now. 'Kamalpur's Paritosh Pal, Suryamaninagar's Sushanta Ch. Bhowmik are the victims who eventhough lodged FIR by mentioning the attackers names but no action was taken in this regard. CPI-M also threw stones at BJP rally".

Later, on Friday, Tripura's BJP Central observer Sunil Deodhar hit Manik Sarkar hard for Chief Minister’s hate filled speech on May Day, which according to the BJP leader initiated violence in state in following next 48 hours.

Eventhough CPI-M alleged some of their members were injured in clash but Deodhar said atleast 20 BJP members were seriously injured throughout the state. Addressing a press meet on Friday at State BJP headquarter at Agartala, Deodhar said, "CM Manik Sarkar had revealed his actual cruel face on May Day that unmasked communists fear about BJP's increasing power in Tripura. Following his hate speech BJP young leaders, women leaders were attacked, said Deodhar. "Our women morcha leader Papiya Dutta's house was attacked by CPI-M goons with petrol bomb, when she was alone in her house", claimed Deodhar. He further mentioned that CM Manik Sarkar with his fake face leading his 'Chroo ki Barat' with communist band beside. 'However, since Amit Shah's visit on May 6/ 7 Manik Sarkar will start count down for his era's ending', added Deodhar.
