AGARTALA, Dec 29 (TIWN): Tripura State BJP President met Thaawarchand Gehlot, Minister for Social Justice & Empowerment at Delhi on Wednesday.

Reportedly, the meeting was basically held regarding the facilities for the Senior Citizens.

The Central Govt is launching 2 new projects for the Senior Citizens, where 2 Dists from each states were chosen.

However, from Tripura with the initiative of Biplab Deb, Dhalai& Unakoti Dist have been selected for the service.

From this new year work on these projects will begin under Central & State Govt.
