On 11-03-2014 R.K.Pur PS Case No. 45/2014 U/S- 279/338/304 Part- II IPC was registered on the basis of compliant of one Sri Nantu Das S/O Haradhan Das of Maharani (Jamtala), PS R.K.Pur; against the Driver of TR-03-C-1730 Tipper Truck for causing injury by Rash and Negligent Driving on 11-03-2014 at about 1615 hrs., in course of proceeding from Udaipur Motor Stand to Maharani, at Maharani Jamtali under R.K.Pur PS. As a result one Arun Datta (expired on spot) and other four persons received grievous injury on their persons. 

 

After investigation I.O of the case SI Biswajit Das  filed Charge-sheet on 31-01-2015 vide R.K.Pur PS C/S No. 06/2015, U/S 279/337/338/304 Part-II IPC against the Driver of offending vehicle namely Sri Saddek Miah S/O Sri Dulal Miah of Khilpara, Fakir Bari, PS R.K.Pur.
