KAMALPUR, Dec 3 (TIWN): Another incident of gang rape has slapped the notion of women's lib in this state. And the incident has occurred at Nalichara area under Ambassa police station yesterday noon. And the irony of the incident is the involvement of two CPI-M worker youths.

According to the incident, one Brajendra Das of Nalichara area who is the son of CPI-M's local leader Dasan Chandra Das has built up love affairs with Banalata (name changed) of West Singinala area under Salema Police Station.

According to the pre-scheduled planning Brajendra has taken the girl from Salema yesterday around 11-30 am in his bike and after roaming to and fro has reached Nalichara area. Then he has taken her into the banana plantation.

There Brajendra and his friend Tapan Biswas have raped the girl. Meanwhile, some locale have become suspicious as they have not been coming out of the banana plantation. And they have approached into and have caught them red handed. However, Brajendra's father Dasan has reached there immediately to rescue his son and his friend. But the efforts of mitigation has not been successful due to the protest of locale. And both the youths have been handed over to police.

Ambassa police mighr produce them before the Court today.
