AGARTALA, Dec 3 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar on Friday shows 3 ways through which women can be progressed in any society & he called all women to follow the ways. The first way which is to Educate ownself, the second way to develop own skills & be self dependent. However, amidst 7 lakhs of unemployed youths in state, crisis of works and jobs, the Chief Minister said that the state govt is trying to expand the work opportunity. At the end he gave message to the society and said, ‘Keeping women behind no society can be developed..’. However almost all the orators, present on the occasion mentioned that the woman lead (Lead by Mamata Banerjee) West Bengal is under trouble as the Women Commission there not so strong.

CM also said the same and claimed that in Tripura women are most secure and the govt keeps zero tolerance against crime against women.

Men and women in Tripura are equally paid and women should use the opportunity, said Sarkar.

But when the CM was talking about equality of men and women’s right and criticizing Mamata Banerjee----nobody asked;  why the cabinet of Tripura lacks equality? Only lonely Bijita Nath is there is keep the existence of women there  there are many leading women who could easily become the cabinet representative.

“From the beginning a children should be taught with proper behavior, and the curriculum of  schools need to be developed more. No law can prevent crimes upon women unless the society itself is upgraded”, said Sarkar.

Criticizing the BJP led Central Govt and said, ‘although the central govt has various laws for women but in actual the govt has failed to utilize them, but Tripura has given a better example in women’s right.  Only in Tripura various allowance are given to women’, said Sarkar.

Moreover, whereas the state is suffering from excess number of crimes as ranks 4rth in crime against women, CM clarifying the condition said that there is not a single place, not a single block or subdivision which is ‘Crime-less’.

However, atleast at WB the CM is a woman, and Tripura is rare example with minimum number of women
