AGARTALA, July 14 (TIWN): Tripura Pradesh Youth Congress President Sushanta Chakraborty along with the other members of the party on Thursday placed deputation to West SP Abhijit Saptarshi at police headquarter demanding immediate investigation into case of arresting Youth Congress Member Tushar Kanti Das with false allegation of throwing rotten eggs at the rapist Panna Ahmed on Wednesday at court.

 Talking to TIWN correspondent, Tripura Pradesh Youth Congress President Sushanta Chakraborty said that protesting the misrule by police against Pradesh congress leaders and unnecessarily harassing Youth Congress leader Tushar kanti Das with false allegation, Tripura Pradesh Youth Congress on Thursday placed deputation to West SP Abhijit Saptarshi.

Demanding immediate suspension of that police drive Swapan debnath who threatened to drag Tushar in to lock up, along with immediate investigation into the case Tripura Pradesh Youth congress leaders place d deputation.

Angry civilians on Wednesday threw rotten eggs aiming at Panna Ahmed when Panna was brought for hearing in the premises of Lower Court, however police has arrested Tripura Pradesh Youth congress member Tushar Kanti Das in allegation of throwing eggs at Panna.

However, amid tight security Panna was dragged inside the court but could not save his face from the anger of the common mass. Expressing anger the angry civilians on Wednesday threw rotten eggs towards him.

It is to be mentioned here that Panna was put on with helmet and was dragged to the court for hearing. However, police has arrested one for doing such activity at the premises of the court.
