AGARTALA, May 19 (TIWN): Just few hours to decide the fate of the much talked CPI-M and congress alliance in WB which has also created its impact in the state. Only in next 24 hours, people will come to know about the fare of the Congress and CPI-M alliance which has spreaded serious resentment across the nation. Congress and CPI (M) forged into an alliance in West Bengal to stave off their “crisis of existence it is assumed that the alliance will also create impact on the scenario of the upcoming 2018 Tripura assembly election. It is a crisis of existence for both Congress and CPI (M). Had it not been such a crisis, neither CPI (M) would have sold its head off to Congress, nor would Congress have done so to CPI (M). The Congress-Left Front alliance adopted for the West Bengal assembly polls is simply a mismatch of ideology; the tie-up is simply a mistake and devoid of any ideology. However, the outcome of the tie up will be seen in the results of the west Bengal assembly polls.

According to the big heads of the political frame, this step of CM Manik Sarkar has put an end to the so called ideologies of CPI-M in the nation.

It is to be mentioned here that the much talked CPI-M and congress alliance somewhat remains unsolved after CPI-M has push the ball in the court of congress. It is to be mentioned here that CPI-M   has given an indirect signal to the Congress on the alliance issue throwing the ball in the court of congress.

To fight against Mamata in west Bengal, the CPI (M), in an effort to form a secular and democratic alliance against the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and BJP, made it clear that it would consider if an offer comes from the Congress which reveals that they will not approach to the parties for alliance thereby pushing the ball in the court of Congress.

Apart this alliance is a question to the society as there can’t be alliance where there is no similarity. Both CPI-M and congress has different ideology and strategy.

With the clamour for forging an alliance with Congress growing louder, majority of CPI (M) state committee members have spoken in favour of either an alliance or an electoral pact with Congress by stating extraordinary situation demands historic decisions.

It is to be mentioned here that As an aftermath of CPI-M and congress alliance for the WB  election, congress party in Tripura is standing on the verge of extinction after the Congress Party has suspended former Congress President and CLP leader Sudip Roy Barman along with his protégé Sushanta Choudhary from the Party.

However, the election results in west Bengal is likely to impact the status of the upcoming Tripura assembly election scheduled to be held on 2018.
