KALYANPUR, Jan 23 (TIWN) : Netaji Subhash Ch. Bose's 119th birth anniversary observed at Kalyanpur, Khowai District. Centering the whole subdivision of Kalyanpur Netaji Club observed the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Bose on Saturday.

From children to grown-ups all gathered at Netaji club at this shivering-cold morning .

The programmme held at early morning in the presence of the club members and the respected personalities from all over Kalyanpur.

At first floral tribute was given to the image of Netaji Subhash Ch. Bose. Then the press club president of Netaji Club Bidhan Roy hoisted the national flag.

The national flag was hoisted by Samarendra Pal, the General Secretary of Netaji Club.

Sweets were distributed among the children and the hospital patients.

Apart from all these, in schools and offices, great freedom fighter Bose’s birthday has been observed to pay homage to the great National Hero.
