KAMALPUR, Jan 19 (TIWN): The newly constructed additional classroom of Noagaon High School near the sub-divisional town of Kamalpur got inaugurated this morning.

The building was built under RMSA scheme with an expense of 30, 51, 742 rupees. Engineer Padak Roy constructed the building under the supervision of Ambassa division of RD department.

The program was scheduled to start around 11 am. Accordingly, the District Education Officer Shubharanjan Das reached the school premise around 12 noon. But the inaugurator MLA Bijoy Lakshmi Sinha along with other guests reached the school around 1 pm.

The children and guardians present on the occasion expressed their anguish on such behavior of the inaugurator. However, the program along with the trumpeting speeches continued till 3 pm.

Other than MLA and DEO, Durgachowmuhani Panchayat Samiti Chairperson Manabendra Deb, TGTA divisional Secretary Sukumar Debnath were also present among others. Local people and students also gathered in this occasion in huge numbers.
